The staff is very unprofessional, and discourteous. I spoke with the receptionist "LaTina" who talked so fast that I had to request her name several times, at which time she addressed me as "hun", after I politely provided her my name, ..she persisted in calling me "hun throughout our conversation". I then requested to speak with a manager and was connected to "Helen", who told me she could not help me and disconnected the call. Gone are the days of "customer service". I suppose you cannot "teach" courtesy to people any more. Very sad!
