I would not definitely recommend this company unless you are okay to wake up one day and they decide to cancel your insurance and don’t want to continue on your policy for no reason. I hate this type of company when they don’t give enough information and they do what they want and don’t care how much trouble and difficulties they give to customers. Just couple months after cancellation another location contacted and I explained the situation which they were surprised but no point anymore. Never recommend to anyone anymore.

Very unhappy with customer service worked with Brad and gad a billing question on an invoice a couple of months after paying my full insurance invoice. Spoke with him on this new invoice several times on different weeks everything the answer was I will check and get back to you never heard back until I put it in writing he responded with a reason CRI which is mainly driven by my credit which I have excellent credit. Why was that not an issue when I was quoted and took 2 months afterwards to raise my insurance.
Bottom line very poor service they just want to give excuses to steel your money

Dealt with Adrian Holguin while purchasing auto insurance. He was prepared and knowledgeable from the beginning which is very important to me. He knows his products and offered alternatives only when beneficial to me. Everything went smoothly and in a minimum of time. I couldn’t have been more pleased with his customer service and look forward to dealing with him again.
