Upon arrival we stated we were there to open 2 new accounts w/direct deposit for my niece and my daughter, we had IDs and all documentation. We were told to take a seat and were called over an hour later by a different person asking the reason for our visit just to be told: "you need to make an appointment in order to open a new account". I took a deep breath and advised the person they should have told us so when we first arrived instead of making us wait over an hour. And that now I would make an appointment but at one of the Yuma branches.

Go to another bank. One lady Chase representative is rude and meaning. They don’t help you without appointment but always is empty lobby and always al least 2-3 weeks wait to get one appointment. It’s really annoying

Chase representatives are professional and courteous to customers however, this location is seriously under staff; it's always a 2 hour minimum wait period. This location needs to hire more staff in order to provide services to all customers in a timely manner.

Even though the bank closes at 6:00PM, if you need a banker make sure you are there before 2:30PM if not they wont be ale to speak to you. They dont do any appointments.Been trying to see a banker for 3 days for some issues but will go to Yuma instead. Bad service/ understaffed

It has several ATM's so getting cash or depositing is always easy. Just don't go on a Friday afternoon if you're in a hurry. It's extremely packed because of payday and the local field workers go there.

Worst service ever! Understaffed. Always packed, take forever to get things done. Tell you waiting time is shorter than what it really is. Spend 1 hour trying to get a direct deposit slip and I didn’t even get it because it was closing time.

Super slow.I waited for almost 3 hours just to add my wife to my account.and 1 hour out 3 it was the lady working and slow adding her. Her name is Maria and it shouldn't be that slow..

first time at the bank, customer line out the door, two very slow tellers available with no sense of urgency. At the same time, money truck arrives, leaving one teller available! RIDICULOUS!!! I obviously left, never going back! BTW banker side was the same, two bankers with a full lobby!
