This company is so unprofessional it’s insane. I told these people I’d be late on my car payment(not even touched by any fees cuz I would’ve been only few days late with payment) and my advisor for my payments became immature and gave so much attitude lol I told them the date of when I’d post that payment and that I’d call them when I had it. This lady called me every.single.day up until that day. Not to do her job but to become an annoyance...only 3 days late and let me mention there’s no fee for being 3 days late. It’s when you’re two weeks late or later that there’s a problem and it affects you. Not three days lol. She wanted to be petty and the car I was sold has always had problems with it since day one, you’d think they hire someone to look at the cars they’re financing but she and a few others told me they don’t expect the cars they’re financing, so do what you need to do with that information. Just make sure you deal with a bank that’s not gonna be petty and give attitude. Life’s hard these days and they do not care and will become total opposite of what they say they’re about in their site. My payments have always been paid one way or another but these people will get unprofessional quick if you don’t got that money lol. I’m telling you please stay away from these people. I have only 6-7 payments left and they still be acting as if I’m not gonna pay them lol

Just because I filed bankruptcy going on 3yrs and didn't include this car loan. Only owe under $2000, asked for help on a one month payment and they won't help for you at all. Worst company ever. Very bad service

Unprofessional place have a loan with them which I completely regret my payment was due on the 11th and got laid off on the 13th of this month in 9 days late on my payment I told them I was gonna do a payment today but I couldn’t because I got laid off and the lady her name is Matilda didn’t believe me , now because I’m 9 days behind on my payment they want to send my loan to collection and reposses my car. All this because I’m behind 9 days, not a month or 2 months just 9 days and they couldn’t help me out all she wanted was the payment. Hope people see this and they do too , wish I could do negative stars since they only at 2.1

They even don't deserve one star tho. The worst financing ever, criminals, mafia, Don't come across even. They even take F from BBB. How they still open and scamming people just mind blowing. Society should do something against Future Finance. Why government is just not taking action such a bigotry scammers who are robbing people "legally".

They are so unprofessional got a letter saying that I haven’t paid since June 19 and my payment is ever 30th of every month. They send it to my husband job and to mines I was only giving my payment late because my personal stuff had gotten stolen from my semi truck and they thought I wasn’t going to pay their are a joke the girls want to be so demanding. You as to speak to a supervisor and they put someone else than they threat to turn off you car or reposes if insurance is not updated… I wish I could put 0 stars

Before securing financing for my vehicle, I neglected to research this establishment. While I appreciate the opportunity, I can confidently say that this establishment lacks respect, understanding, professionalism, basic customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities. Even if employees are under compensated, it should not justify poor treatment.

If i could give you 0 stars i will. ROCIO is so unprofessional i called asking for a balance and right away she started talking to me like i am her sister.. lady please be more professional obviously that job is not for you.! U need professionalism i asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me its not like i am asking for her social...
Very rude and unprofessional she need to be terminated or send her out for training how to treat people right.! and its not the first time she treats people with no respect.... definitely need better customer service.!

Very rare to have a positive experience over the phone when making a payment. Representative’s do not sound pleasant on the phone and are rude. Online payment system does not work. When I wanted to make a larger payment I wasn’t able to do so and had to make them separately each month. I will be glad once we are finished paying our car loan.
