Terrible agency they promise forklift opportunities then get you a general labor job and get mad that you don’t want it. Very rude and unprofessional if I could leave 0 Stars I would

I had to go on a week long trip for a family emergency and was told it was okay, they even texted me the confirmation of my time off, just for after I came back to find that they gave my position to someone else. They told me they would let me know when a space opened up but have never actually bothered to and even went as far as to decline my application for another warehouse they worked with. I found my position later online on a job application sight. Trying to communicate with them about their error will not work, they continue to deny their mistake, so I had to send past screenshots to a “professional company” of what THEY had said to me because they said they never gave me a confirmation. They also do not have a proper HR system, you have to report them through the state. Don’t work for these scammers and just go to literally any other temp agency. THEY NEVER EVEN ANSWER THEIR PHONES. If you want a job that actually pays you and, well, give you a job like they say they are, absolutely do NOT go to this place, they take advantage of you and your pay rate.

I have been with Premier for months now and the staff has been very kind and helpful. I have worked with Sammy he is so cool and down to earth. Sammy is the best recruiter I have ever seen in the staffing business. We used to work together and he taught me a lot. I have been to other temp agencies but none like this one before. Sammy is THE BEST! He finds all avenues to make sure that you are successful in any position and worksite that you are applying or assigned too. Do not try to go through this agency! Gave me a horrible facility then wouldn’t answer any calls or messages! This place is a joke! I have left many messages asking about other positions and places with absolutely no answers or calls back this is ridiculous! Never ever go through this agency there’s no point and half the time you don’t get your checks! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND NOT EVEN HELP YOU!
