I needed some information today, called your office and Patrick answered. I must say I have been one of those customers that would always ask for you Dick, but today I said I am sure that he hires the most qualified people, so I decided to give it a try with someone else. Patrick was wonderful, and answered all of my questions with patience, kindness, and professionalism. He's a keeper.
I wanted to add that there is one other person in your office that has been very helpful in the past, and that is Matthew. He has the same name as my son, so I couldn't forget him.

I've been going through a difficult situation and was struggling to get a good quote anywhere. Patrick took care of everything, was super polite and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. Got a great quote. He reassured me on any worries all throughout the policy process, too. Nice to know there's still good service with good people out there. Honestly, this has been maybe the best experience with an agent I've ever had.
