I have been using State Farm home and auto for decades, but I try to not take that for granted, and either do they. Last week was yet another great example of the value of our relationship, which feels like a partnership. I needed to rent a boat in northern Canada and needed additional coverage outside normal business hours. I sent Zach Downing an urgent email explaining the situation. As usual, Zach got back to me first thing when they opened, provided options and made a recommendation. I checked email and sure enough all the data was there to make a decision!! It is worth mentioning that I reach out to Zach several times a year with various questions and he always gets back to me quickly, with great explanations and options as appropriate. Outside Zach’s great help, it is obvious the office has good leadership which ensures Zach is trained and empowered to help us efficiently!!! Others in the office always seem to be on the same page - another example of good leadership and teamwork! Thanks Zach and Jeff and the whole team!

Jeff Keicher State Farm is the place to be! You'll get great customer service as well as representatives who are looking to get you the best deals possible. They are always so open for questions and make sure you understand exactly what you are signing up for. I have worked mostly with Jonny Lee and he's great at what he does, and pushes to get you the best bundles possible. I've also had the pleasure of working with Kate, and she made signing up for life insurance such an easy process. We are very satisfied with the service we receive at Jeff Keicher State Farm!!

Overall this office has been absolutely amazing to our entire family. Throughout our slew of claims with cars or our home they have always been extremely transparent and honest with us about the process. Jeff's office has such great staff who have always been ready to assist with anything I've needed from them. Jonathan Lee could not have made the process of switching insurance providers any more stress free and easy!! He went above and beyond with getting the right information I needed with my loan company for home and insurance, and saved my family a ton of money! I loved that I could go in and work face to face with the agent, and he was patient as I communicated with my previous insurance.. the ladies in the office were also very nice and personable and made the process feel fun and exciting! Jonathan also helped me set up the drive safe app which is a confusing thing to do for those who aren’t good at using apps like my self!! I am beyond thrilled to be apart of the State Farm family!

I have been using State Farm since Keicher's office was Beasley's. They have always been super helpful for all of our insurance needs. For the last several years, I've primarily dealt with Jonathan and he's been wonderful. He's very helpful when I call and prompt to solve any questions I have.
