I have been with Justin and his team for well over a decade. I don't think I could ever trust anyone else. They are absolutely phenomenal at what they do and how they do it. Justin is one of the most genuine of people I've ever met, and he hires people that conduct themselves just as thoughtfully. I will stay with Justins office indefinitely!

We have used Justin Simons for about 15 years now for life insurance and the past 3 years for home, auto, and umbrella. We recently added a business policy as well. He's saved us a shocking amount of money compared to earlier policies. I wish I had called sooner! We have worked with Joseph Gidley, who has been fantastic to work with... friendly, great with follow up, knowledgable! What more could you want, plus the company is great in supporting our community!

I don't know how Justin was able to get me such good rates without sacrificing coverage, but I do know that he works hard on setting the standard on customer service. My only regret is not calling him sooner!

Awesome effective communicators - phone, email and mail. They are SO helpful and very quick to respond to needs. I have called them about random question and they diligently take their time to answer me fully and happily! I have had to change my home and car policy needs a few times and they are attentive and really on top of things. Home, auto, trailer, personal articles, they are great!

I honestly cannot recommend Justin enough for insurance needs. He has been just awesome to my family and I. After my first phone call with him, I saved 75% ($3000) a year on my homeowners insurance.

During the same time, I was able to obtain 2 days of renters insurance (moved into a new home 2 days prior to close) with a 5-minute phone call. Justin has been professional, accommodating and a true pleasure to work with. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Justin Simons is GREAT! If you are looking for a good insurance agent he is the best! His office staff was very friendly. The minute I came in they greeted me and offered me a bottle of water. Justin didn't hesitate to answer my questions and explain all of my coverages! I was really shocked at what a great experience I had shopping for insurance of all things! I would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a quality insurance agent!
