Love working with Helen! She seems to be the only Real Estate Agent in the area who has any true idea what Real Estate values actually are. I see most agents let their clients put in outrageous amounts of what they want to get for their property, not what it would actually ever sell for. Helen will tell you the truth, not just what you want to hear. If you are looking to buy, I would highly recommend using her expertise to get you a property. You won't end up paying more for less. And she will warn you ahead of time of any issues the property may have (flood zone, if elevation certificates would be needed to build, etc.) If you are selling, she will tell you what to list for, if you want to actually get it to sell. Hamill Real Estate is the only agency I trust to get all the facts before the sell. Will definitely use her services again when we sell another property.

I have never been treated so rude by a realtor in my life. I called to ask some questions and she was so incredibly rude over the phone. I almost stopped and walked in to tell her how rude she was and unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. She clearly is not in the business of helping interested people in the area that have real estate questions.
