As nice as the people are when they answer the phone, you'd think that when they take the message the person would receive it and then I'd get a response. I get that they are often busy, but as a customer you'd think I'd get a return phone call or email directly after 2 weeks and most definitely after 3 months. Having information be relayed through the office building of where I live at rather than directly to me feels a bit in violation of HIPAA to me. Regardless one month should have gotten return phone call after multiple voice messages and emails. I'm super stressed and I don't know if this is cancer or not so I need to get to my appointments. The other part that is cancer needs to be removed, but everywhere I go they say they don't take my insurance or for me to come back in 6 months due to my insurance which I was told by mig that would be accepted more widely. Been working with them for 3 years and this is just dragging on. The mental stress of not even being able to get things tested and a transportation in coordination with the doctors, is stressing me out. Still trying to get a medical Care Organization whatever similar to medical case manager, but I still got that straight insurance. I need the medical care manager basically for keeping all the doctors in the loop and having all my records the same everywhere so they all know it and the doctor stopped telling me to do the exact opposite of the other doctors. Medical system is ridiculous. I'm way too stressed out and so I'm finally saying something publicly, not naming names of individuals just this mig office.. not even referral to different option. Not all of this is of mig's fault, a lot of it is just a healthcare system failing. They've already waited till I've got stage 4 endometriosis and now there's next to nothing to do other than suffer. I'm tired. I waited the 3 months I waited the 6 months I've waited the year I've waited till the next year and it's been 3 years. Now what? I've been told I've done everything I possibly can on my end and we're just waiting for responses but the responses never come, except "you should get another doctor" even United healthcare said that. Pointless. End up having to wait three more months then another 6 months then another year. Now it's been 4 years. Now what? Again.

I have looked at multiple life insurance policies and each time they have provided multiple quote from differing insurance companies.

I have bought life insurance and 2 health insurance policies from Dan about 7 years ago. However he doesn't do what he says he will do and doesn't return phone calls. I have called him and sent emails several times in the last month and no reply. I am trying to qualify for other life insurance so as to eliminate them getting residual premiums from our policies.
I strongly reccomend not buying any products from this company.
