I've been with Pete Beckman insurance since 2008. When Pete was there it was great, he was very knowledgeable, helpful and actually cared about his customers. Since his son Mike took over it has completely gone downhill. He doesn't understand insurance to explain it to the customers. I've had nothing but issues with him and my insurance since he took over. Would never recommend using them.

I have been working with Pete for approximately 10 years. While I could go directly to the insurance providers, I greatly value the ability to reach a personal agent with questions. As an independent agent, it also gives me peace of mind knowing he is looking at multiple companies to bring me the best options as my needs or circumstances change. While I don't pay any extra for his services, I wouldn't hesitate to do so, as I know it would pay off in the end.
