Kerry Stoudt/State Farm has been my parents agent for over 40 years. When inherited my parents home and cars there was no question who my home office agent would be. Excellent service all the way around. Very knowledgeable. They've worked with me on difficult insurance needs, although I'm now from out of town.

I can remember 40+ years ago my parents moving their insurance to this agent office. They were so happy to finally have a local agent near their home.

10 years of business and 1 claim later and they dropped us. Also, never returned our call to chat. Highly disappointed to be treated this way. They don’t care about their clients, only what makes them the most amount of money.

Avoid if you want to be dropped for using insurance that you pay for. They will drop you as well.
