I've been going to Shawn at Noble Birch for at least 15 years. I started with simply being a tax client and now I've also moved investments to him. Although I know I'm not some big money client, I always feel like I'm just as valued as anyone could be. He gives sound advice and I always feel confident I'm in good hands. On top of the knowledge and wisdom he shares, he puts on fun events to show appreciation and has a great personality that makes the tax time visit painless and actually pleasant. The others in the office are always welcoming and friendly too! I've referred many friends and family members over the years and they're always just as impressed as I am and have become long term clients as well. I just can't say enough good things about this office, it's top notch all the way around!

I've used Noble Birch for 3 years and unfortunately this year was very disappointing and probably my last year. My taxes were done incorrectly, which I had to point out. They also never gave me the option to get my refund through direct deposit. Due to this big mistake, I continue to wait for my stimulus check through the mail. They could not remedy this situation or help me to add my bank account to the IRS.
