Failed to cancel our auto policy when requested to do so because we found better options, so we were charged when we were lead to believe we no longer had a policy with Country. Unacceptable. Customer service was wonderful and had a check in the mail to us next day.

Needs to train employees ...several employees have dropped the ball when transferring from my other insurance, I signed back up with my previous insurance and feel relieved.
