I've had several frustrating experience with Compass Founding Solution recently. They took money back, they never go to conversation how can we solve the issue. While I understand Mistakes can happen, it's disappointing that issue has gone unresolved, and it has caused unnecessary stress for my business.
Additionally, we couldn't finish on time our previous agreement, because it was too late sending them termination letter. It should be sent them 60 days before, if you are planning to stop agreement with them please be advised from Legal assistance.
They have hidden fees, when signing agreement you cannot understand that they will charge 5% in every transaction. And it's really hurts your tiny company grow. We are one year old company, and we started with wrong signing, and being customer more than year and we are loosing a lot.
Please, be informative before signing an agreement. Surely you can find better factoring companies.
PS, I will renew my review in every 3 month, may be it will help to make right decision to your business.

The best Factoring company so far. The set up process was very easy and fast. My agent Sara was really professional. She guided us through the whole process and together with Marina make it to look so easy and simple. Also, to not forget our account executive Teodora who is helping us with all the needs that our company have. Also, she is always here to advise us in case if we have some problem, or to remind us in case if we forget to send some documents in order for us to get our founds ASAP.
Thanks again for the wonderful work that you have done for our company so far, and we are hopping that we will have many more successful years in the future.

This company behaves like a mafia organization. They are demanding $3,000 from us to issue a release letter from their factoring service for a business that closed down years ago. Our company used their factoring service in the past. I strongly recommend others to avoid them.

Be aware that if u sign an application so they can look over your credit and u decide to go with another company they well charge u a$350.00 fee
I honestly recommend everyone to go to RTS they have no fees

we used to work with this factoring and its different then with all others. they hide those fees very nicely. they dont tell you all the story. they not upfront. and I'm also not sure if all the factoring the same but this one even after we dont work with them for 4 years they still cash checks that brokers accidentally sends them. then tell me thats what you signed and this 5% fee is for the hard work that they employees do to cash check and send to me. But then they sent me bogus check that bounced. So i was thinking they will do the same pay me for the same job . cause it is hard to go again and cash another check . but they refusing to pay the bounced check fee that my bank applied. which is unbelievable. Stay away I'm sure there are better factoring companies.
