I normally don’t write reviews as much anymore but felt compelled to for this State Farm branch ran by Brian. This past weekend, my wife and I were looking at cars and it took much longer than expected. Upon finally agreeing upon the contract with the dealership, I noticed it was hours past Brians’s office hours (on a Saturday). Feeling dejected we couldn’t walk out with the car, I emailed him with the expectation of him responding on the following Monday. Within 30 minutes, he got me setup with a new car policy, a rate, and I was able to walk out with the car.

A little about my background:

I moved to Illinois back in 2010 after accepting a job offer. I came upon Brian after reading good reviews about him. Fast forward to 2020, he’s been my agent through my first car purchase, my engagement ring coverage, my dog insurance, my first home purchase, and now my wife’s car purchase. You can say he’s been at my every major life milestone.

A good insurance agent is there for you when you need them the most. He consistently responds in a timely manner and takes time to explain things through if there are any questions.

Brian’s done fantastic through the past decade. I actually don’t live in the Northwest suburbs anymore but continue to use him due to my trust and confidence in his business.
