I've been a customer for 3+ years and have been very happy with the service I've received here. I have called with a lot of questions - they've always been helpful with information, including explaining confusing terms, and I'm happy with the value I'm getting compared to my previous coverage. I have had the worst customer service experience with this agency. Our insurance was being switched from Metlife to Farmers. I was having a hard time logging in and called to get the information. I did not have a policy number or anything. I had called for a straight week trying to get information. You would have thought they would have sent me a policy number, a copy of my policy, and a link to the website to pay the bill ect. Jessica sent me a phone number that was for people that work in IT. Plus they never bothered to follow up with the me.
