They ont care about the Worker,just the business that pays them.
I am living proof. Workers comp gives u a pain pill,physical therapy,even if they make your pain worse they call it maximum physical improvement, even though they did Zip,ZERO, for me.

Our business has been evacuated because of nearby fires twice in two years. Both times we were very lucky, but last year the fire was close and we couldn't visit our site for a week - with nobody to take care of our inventory, we experienced some loss. Hortica was prompt, helpful, clear in what they needed, and they treated us like people who'd just suffered a scare/loss - not like people trying to take their money (like some insurance companies can be). Every time I've ever had a question, needed a policy update, or needed documents for any reason, they are so prompt and helpful. I am very happy with their product and their customer service, especially our regular contact, Ella Exton.

The very best customer service team EVER!!! Courtney Vowels and Petra Tatum are simply amazing. In my business I need a lot of COI and when I call or email a request within minutes - literally minutes, my request is acknowledged and then taken care of as quickly as humanly possible. Besides being extremely efficient they are friendly, kind and in general a real pleasure to work with. Kudos to Hortica for having such great people on their team.

TrAci fired me over a jealous tirade. Watch out. She makes a good impression. Don’t let it fool you. I sold a large account for Hortica. She would not give me commission as my grade level was not high enough. After getting much praise for selling the account she then denied me a raise. She gave me no choice; I had to quit.

I do not recommend using this company for insurance. I was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault and got letter that hortica wasn't paying anything out obviously as it wasn't my fault and claim was closed. Several months later I get a letter stating that they ended up paying out several thousand dollars. No notice that claim was back open nothing just stated it was paid out. This made me frustrated and I sought out insurance other places. I canceled policy and then a few months later was sent a bill for almost $800 for canceling their service.
