I was transfered to this adgent after my adgent retired and was blown away by one of her employees. Alexandria was easy to talk with on the phone. Even more pleasant in person and even followed up with me afterwards to thank me. While I am please with state farm I'm more pleased with Alexandria. Stay being the best part of my insurance. Allison Bash has administrative responsibility for Tom Bingers old office. Tom Binger left in July 2024 and as of the end of November has not been replaced.

We left many messages through Tom Binger's agency and then contacted Allison Bash's office directly several times.

She has not returned calls. This is over a period of months.
