I can not say this enough—Stacie is the best. If you have ever been hesistant to push the needle forward, spend a little extra to join her paid membership programs, or to have DFY services, then I am here to tell you there is NO NEED to hesistate any longer. Stacie has literally worked with me from $0 and having no clue all the way to having the confidence, know how, and being able to work this business consistently without a 9-5.

In the last 90 days I have allowed her to be a fractional CFO in my virtual life journey, and in those short 90 days I have learned a lot.

1. I have learned that people do want to hear from, want to support me, and buy from me, BUT as she always say we have to consistently and purposefully show up. We have to know why we do this. Whats our why, and how/what we help people with. Ive also learned that although she acts as CFO that does not mean I get to sit back and not do anything at all, because at the end of the day it is my business and it is my voice my followers must hear through my post and not hers.

2. I have learned that it is NON-NEGOTIONABLE when it comes to respecting my time. We all know time is money, and if I dont treat my business time/personal time of utmost importance then this business will definitely fall apart. Stacie preaches/teaches carving out a space and time for everything.

3. Ive seen how if I consistently post how my revenue and interest has grown more since she has started intentionally posting. People who weren’t commenting nor liking before have began engaging and buying from me. Goes to show that the process works. We just have to follow it.

I know I am long winded, but I have said all of this to say that at the end of the day we are the only ones that stand in the way between our own success and failures. There is no get rich quick program you can buy, and you dont have to purchase many different things from different ppl all promising the same thing.

Stacie is more than enough. If you put in the work and do what she says you will reap the rewards. However if you dont put in the work you wont see your seeds harvest. Ive been on both sides of this spectrum, and I can tell you invest in yourself and invest in Stacie and her tools and resources she provides.

Before working with Stacie, as a business owner in the insurance industry, I felt lost. I had no direction and no solid system in place. When you don’t have a solid system in place you don’t feel comfortable presenting. The tools that Stacie has given thus far within the membership provide a virtual life insurance agent strategy and plan. Working on an actual business foundation plan and having systems in place makes me more confident as a business owner. Having a strategy & plan in place has saved me so much time to work on other things.
1. By implementing one of her workbooks, I learned my comfortable and personalized lead acquisition and conversation strategy by using my existing experience and assets.
2. For 2024, I landed a couple of out-of-state round table speaking events. Topic: Advance Wealth Strategies.
3. My engagement and visibility on Facebook keeps growing because of her strategies and I couldn’t be happier.
4. As of right now I am getting regular referrals, DM messages, and leads with the lead magnet that I created from one of Stacie’s challenges. I still re-read the workbooks that are available to me because each time I go over a section I pick up something new.
The first challenge that I took with Stacie was the FB Print Money. As I was taking that course, I liked how the workbooks were put together. I also liked the fact that we had to show our homework each day for accountability which is strongly needed. That kept me focused. Once you get in the flow of things it is hard to stop, so I wanted to make sure that I kept in touch to make sure my questions were answered as I was going through the courses. That is when I decided to become a member. I knew in my business that there were some things that Stacie and her team could handle faster than I could so I went ahead and had a 1:1 session with her for her to help me jumpstart a blueprint for my virtual life insurance business. I am still taking baby steps and learning tons! By doing this it has made a huge difference in staying productive and shows me what I still need to work on without being overwhelmed.

Coaching with Staci allowed me to fine tune my vision for my business. She helped me recognize the areas in my business where I lacked organization and effective systems to run a more profitable insurance agency. Stacie is very thorough and has a passion for sharing her knowledge of Life Insurance. My take away from our training last night in the Black Life Insurance Agents of America FB Group was that I did not know as a life insurance agent that I get to choose how I want to be paid. As earned or commission upfront. Advanced.

I also like the suggestions of having clients to pay their full annual premium around tax time so that as an agent we don’t have to worry about chargebacks

I am also doing some research on the Be Your Own Bank concept.

Need content? If you are trying to build your life insurance business online, and you’re stuck, Stacie has the program for you. I’ve been with Stacie for a over a year now and have taken a couple of her courses. I am so glad that I found her.
