I am a customer service rep from a big national company. I have to say your rep Miriam Sanchez is the best rep I have ever came across! She goes above and beyond for her customers. I couldn’t give enough thank you’s for all the help she has provided. She was quick with solutions and even provided better service without me asking. She definitely knows how to understand and read her customers so she knows how to assist. I hope she gets a raise! or a better position as her actions and attitude say it all! I never write reviews. This experience was different as I never felt this comfortable and pleased with customer service. Hanway I definitely recommend you as the best insurance and I would add another car if I had a 3rd one. lol thank you!!!!!
