Agustin is excellent at what he does. He expedites things in a timely manner with very good attention to detail. Best to make an appointment as it can get busy, especially during tax season. Location was clean and inviting. There is a TV and coffee in the waiting area to make the wait a bit easier. The receptionist is polite, responsive and has excellent handwriting. Thanks for your help this last tax season, we will be back for our Will&Trust. 💀

Very rude and unprofessional. He was telling people that had appointments already to come another day since he was very busy. If he couldn’t handle all the appointments why will he make them? His clients deserve his service since they had appointments made in advance. Also, I was looking at my wife’s tax forms and Agustin put an option as if my wife did her tax filing her self. Just avoid him and go somewhere else.

Please avoid coming here! Agustin is unprofessional did not explain as he was preparing my 2022 taxes. I was overcharged, rushed on my 1st visit. I did not even know he works the old fashion way, he mailed my taxes without explaining he would, who doesn’t want there money soon, using turbotax software is best to go with Turbotax directly. Assuming I’d get my taxes in two wks, If I had mentioned, to file electronically, he would have! It’s your business acknowledging your customer would be ideal. Another charge for this, why was he not informing me of this option mail or e-file, your the expert. We are in 2022 you would think, logic! Everything is done electronically, now a days! Since April I am still waiting for my taxes sent an email rude response. Sent another email no response, called the office voicemail is full, never available to leave msg. Now I have to go to his office! Do not waste your time I would not come here! 😔 Definitely a BBB complaint, this is my next step. Very disappointing!

Suponiendo que obtendría mis impuestos en dos semanas, si hubiera mencionado que presentara la declaración electrónicamente, ¡lo habría hecho! Es su negocio reconocer a su cliente sería ideal. Otro cargo por esto, ¿por qué no me informó de esta opción por correo o e-file, usted es el experto? Estamos en 2022 pensarías, lógica! ¡Todo se hace electrónicamente, hoy en día! Desde abril todavía estoy esperando que mis impuestos me envíen una respuesta grosera por correo electrónico. Envié otro correo electrónico sin respuesta, llamé a la oficina, el correo de voz está lleno, nunca disponible para dejar un mensaje. ¡Ahora tengo que ir a su oficina! ¡No pierdas tu tiempo, yo no vendría aquí! 😔 Definitivamente una queja de BBB, este es mi próximo paso. ¡Muy decepcionante!
