a lot of positive reviews are done by friends and family of people who work there. they scam you by taking to long to respond just so you can get charged extra month. definitely will be looking into reporting them. don't waste your time with them. I rather pay more and have reall insurance through progressive. all the truth comes out what they actually are like when it comes down to solving issues.

Please don’t get insurance with this company. They lie every second. The worse people I have ever deal with. At the beginning they are very nice as soon as they sell their policy. They become so mean. You don’t feel like talking to them. Their customer service is the worse. Please run away

If you need terrible insurance, welcome! Totally unprofessional, I asked why they charge for my old trailer, if I request for cancel insurance, two months ago, they answered me because I didn’t send email request, but when I spoke with compass representative he didn’t tell me, and also he received request for new trailer by phone, I request investigate that, it will be very easy, because they saving all conversations, Angela told me she will do that and call me back, but after three weeks, no call, no email, nothing, i don’t know about cheap price, my price was $356 for trailer, now I find different insurance for $157(same coverage), I don’t think they cheap!!!

This guys are just a big scam and they are selling you fog. Their insurance covers NOTHING! We had one cargo claim and one deer hit accident and they cover nothing. They have their excuses and they will always find a way to avoid their responsibilities. In our case we have to pay for road cleaning because their liability is not covering DEER caused accidents.
If you have cargo claim it’s always your responsibility as well.
They are charge you insane money for coverage and takes everything for them.
I highly suggest to everyone, stay away from compass.
