I decided to find a new agent. First stop was at Scott Thulean State Farm to get a quote for same coverage, when all was tallied I saved money on all three vehicles, I was pleased with saving money,but hope I didn't sacrifice customer service. Those concerns were soon put to rest,when my SUV was stolen in Iowa and found totaled in Cook County. I was having trouble trying to get suv out of tow yard and police was not helping much, wanting me come up there to sign papers to get my suv out. So I called Scott's office got Janette told her what was going on she told me to come on down see what I had.Gave Janette the tow company and police dept numbers
She started faxing and calling got
everything taken care of that afternoon ,saved me a trip to Chicago greatly appreciated Janette's assistance.Highly recommend this agency.
