Muhammad provides amazing service and has been taking care of all my auto insurance needs. After moving to the US, he was able to guide me on transitioning from my Canadian insurance to US one. He worked hard to find me the best coverage at the best price with my limited US driving history, and follows up with me at the end of every policy term to renew or suggest a better policy at a better price.

He was also available for any calls regarding coverage such as rental car coverage and so on.

I have been a client since 2016. Mr. Ali is an excellent person but the customer service its horrible. at least on my end.

March 2023, I called him to renew my policy and add a new location, he said that I need a to start a new policy since the company name has changes and adding a new branch.
He said he will call me back in an hour or two, or the next day the latests.

It has been almost 2 months now, he never called back and despite my attempts to call him or his office, it always go to his voice mail.
I have texts, voice record to prove that if Mr. Ali would say otherwise.

You can not have your clients wait on you especially if their business depends on your service.

I contacted the insurance company directly and I was able to renew and add the new location in one phone call.
They set an online account for me where I renew it myself and add coverage/landlord/location...etc. without having to call the insurance broker.

In another word. Cut out the middle man.

Hi - I needed to sell, transfer title, get auto insurance and help my 22 yo son register car in Illinois - and I’m in CT!

Called Muhammad on several occasions started the week prior to Nov. 4th. He received mine and my partners personal information and never returned my calls. I called several times always him saying I’ll call you back in 5 minutes, when I do get an answered call. I’m still waiting on those call backs. He even said the delay was due to his assist quitting. Well, it’s been weeks and I’ve been told at least 4 different times; I’ll call you back in 5 minutes...........several weeks have gone by and I’m still waiting.
