We recently bought a home and we are very happy with the purchase. Ryan was extremely helpful and understood what we were looking for, we visited multiple homes before settling on one and Ryan was able to guide us through every step. Since this is our first home we had a lot of questions and Ryan was always available to answer those. My wife and I both work very busy jobs which meant that we were visiting houses very late in the day or on weekends and Ryan was always able to find time based on our schedules. He is amazing and we truly felt we were working with a friend.

Ryan was amazing to work with. He helped us twice, first when we bought our first house, then 3 years later when we sold it because of a job oportunity in another state. Ryan did a great job walking me through the selling process for my house. The house was quickly posted and we had gotten two offers in just under a week. Ryan helped us leverage the multiple offers and the house was ultimately sold over list price. Ryan had referrals for both a handyman and a lawyer to help us get through the selling process, which was incredibly helpful. Ryan was also very timely in his responses to my many questions; this was the first time I had ever had to sell a house.

Ryan has his finger on the pulse of it and is ensuring we don't step on anything. We're picky buyers who know what we want, and Ryan is patient with the process and doesn't waste our time with unnecessary listings.
