I met with Pam a year ago and her help was amazing. She’s straight forward, knowledgeable in the insurance products and rules, including the nuances. This year I met with Michael, and did extensive work with him, for insurance review, products, applications, etc. By nature I ask lots of questions, and Michael gladly spent the time and answered all of them. What a great experience. We came prepared with our doctors and our prescription list, so that got us off to an easy start. But from there, Pam's associate Michael Dunavant took us through step by step to determine the best plan with the best benefits and the lowest cost. We were in and out in about an hour with two Medicare supplement plans and two prescriptions plans and saved over $1,000 a year. We will certainly do this review every year to make sure we have the best coverage available. Thanks Pam and Michael!
