My 2nd negative experience. The first time about 3 weeks ago I needed a sticker. I went in a hour before closing. No hi, or hello, she just grabbed my paperwork. I could tell that she was doing something prior to me coming in and her frustration w me interrupting her was oozing from the glass that separated us, and she really made me feel like helping me was the last thing she wanted to do. She then told me she couldn't help me and told me I needed brand new plates that were going to cost over $290. She said i would have to come back the next day bc they dont offer that service an hour before closing. She had given me false information, but thankfully she sent me away bc the secretary of state explained that was incorrect. Today i went in 45 minutes before closing to cash a $50 child support check. A different lady this time, she seemed pleasant. She had me sign the check, then looked at it and told me she cannot cash it bc it I'd dated for 3/18/24😑 she said walmart can cash it, but today would be the last day I would be able to cash it there. Thankfully, the lady at Walmart was understanding as to why my check was already signed. She advised me she's been cashing checks for 8 years and she has never heard of such a rule especially from State child support checks. She verified it with her boss and it is good for 180 days or more. Bottom line, they are 💯 okay with sending people away. I know im not the only one who has experienced this. Of it's close to closing and you aren't a "regular" They are going to find a way to turn you away. I personally will not return for any reason, and I would never recommend anyone their services.

Very good service getting my car registered and paying the tax. Friendly staff that is actually helpful too. AVOID the Bourbonnais location unless you have a lot of patience. Meadowview is way better.

Usually great service. There seems to be some underqualified employees working today. 7/2/18 at 10:09 AM. Been in line for more than 30 mins now and still have 5 people in line in front of me. Line keeps growing behind me. Not the usual ladies behind the glass. The one guy working one of the windows has taken more than 30 mins with ONE customer. Get it together dude!

They were super helpful transferring my 49CC scooter title.
Bradley DMV snooty lady turned me away after she argued with anther emp. over motor cycle vs 49CC scooter. Friend suggested I stop in to this currency exchange and see if they could process my title transfer.
It was done in 15 minutes. Very happy with them here!
