If you need excellent, quick and courteous service, this is the company to call. They have saved me twice in the last 3 months. They cleared my dryer vent, which was 100% clogged. And today they repaired my furnace. Thank you Element Services, you're the best!!!!

These people are a joke! They incorrectly troubleshot the system then charged for freon I didn't need. Once a competent tech came out from a different company I was advised the A-coil needed to be cleaned and he wasn't even charging me for the time bc it was no big deal. The competent tech also said the system was over charged, imagine that. Also the owner of this company just wanted to argue about how awesome all his techs and tools, talk over me on the phone and sounded like a complete child instead of finding a solution for poor customer service. Horrible company, don't waste the time or money dealing with them.

AC wasn't cooling, and it was not going to be cool outside any time soon... Called on a Friday morning. Tech came out a couple hours later... he quickly assessed the situation. Wasn't 10 minutes and he had it going... needed a new capacitor. He said sometimes they go bad.... Thanks Element!

We have used Element for the last few years now on maintenance of our A/C units. They are absolutely amazing! We replaced our downstairs A/C unit last summer and just currently had the upstairs ancient A/C and Heating unit replaced. Mike and his crew have always been very pleasant and always fast to get your service taken care of at an affordable price. I would recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs! Thank You Guys For Taking Great Care Of Us and ALWAYS being so quick to getting the work scheduled and completed!

I highly recommend Element Services for HVAC repair. Our A/C unit stopped working late on a Saturday night after a 10 day heat wave. I called Element first thing Sunday morning and Mike arrived within 30 minutes. He fixed our A/C unit is less than 10 minutes and the price was reasonable. He also explained that I needed to clean the coils on the outdoor unit. He said that he could do it while he was there but he was not comfortable charging the on-call rate because it would be costly to me. Instead he explained what I needed to do and saved me money. This is the second time I have had Element Services out in the last few years and each experience has been positive.

We called this company based on the recommendation of a friend. Our AC had quit working on one of the hottest days of the entire year. We called them around 8:30 in the morning. They arrived within three hours and fixed the issue in twenty minutes. Their bill was completely reasonable and they were total professionals. I am FOR SURE going to use this company again. This is how you should be treated by an HVAC company. Matthew was our tech and he was great.
