Shannon went over and beyond to help me. She was even available to help me after hours when I had a question or two. She was able to find me a better rate for our vehicles with even better coverage. Cooper Bumpus has THE BEST customer service of all time!! Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and speedy to answer your questions and fulfill your requests. Honestly, anytime we have to call the office, we hang up with them in a better mood than when we called!
