We have banked with PSB&T since 1975 when its name was The Bank. We trust them, the employees are efficient, courteous, helpful and pleasant. We have had no issues or ever doubted that our money was well managed and safe. That is 50 years of excellent service. Thank you.

The service is impeccable! Pleasant, friendly, helpful, anything you need and they will work hard for you! In particular I want to shout out Abby, who I consistently bug with various tasks. She’s always very patient and understanding and takes care of everything no problem whatsoever. Glad to be banking here.

I brought my daughter here when she opened her 1st account at 17. She has always had a good experience and had banked here for about 8 years now. We have also gone in just to ask questions a few times and they always took the time to patiently answer any questions we had.
I was banking at a different place & wasn't happy with a few things and thought why am I here? So I went in recently to open an account & was helped by the nicest young lady. I was surprised by how quick & easy it was. Not only was I in & out quickly shortly afterwards I received a hand written "Thank you" card in the mail, hand written! To me that was the icing on the cake, I highly recommend banking here with people who treat you like they would want to be treated. To me great customer service makes the difference between an "ok" or a great place to bank. Thank you, Prairie State Bank & Trust for being so nice and kind.

We love our Charleston PSB . Great customer service, Amy Sigler and all the staff are excellent at helping us with our banking needs. The facility is always clean and kept up beautifully.
