Dean is a great accountant. Me and my partner were in a bind facing the corporate filing extension deadline in Sept 2023. We had a complex situation with our entity in 2022 and Dean assisted immensely at the 11th hour and we met the deadline. Maybe Dean was a great accountant to a lot of people but I had the worst tax experience ever. I hope this review is not deleted by someone, since people who are looking for tax service shouldnt have biased reviews. Here was what happened to me: I did my family tax return with Dean, then got errors in my 1040, and was asked to pay additional money by state tax. Filed corrected 1040X, which included another new error and got corrected by IRS. I also had to pay the fine because of the incorrect tax calculation (this was reimbursed by Dean after I pointed out this is due to their fault). Be sure to double check your tax return even if it is prepared by an accountant with good reviews!

I give Dean Katsaros and his Associates a 5 star rating, because they have been an excellent accounting firm for my family’s personal accounting, as well as my business adventures over the past many years.
