This company was awful to deal with. After having an issue with them not updating my contact information I then found further issues on my policy. Tutopia essentially told me that every issue I had was my fault and that their team did nothing wrong. They took time out of their day to call me and berate me like a child after I let them know I was disappointed in the services provided and would be cancelling all policies I had with them. I honestly can’t believe a company would be so rude and aggressive.
