I've unfortunately had 4 claims with this company. Their nice in the beginning, but after treatment trying to get closure it goes down they do not return calls to you or your attorney clo

This company leaves a lot to be desired. After an initial contact my "service rep." Switched her phone to failed call for at least 3 days the without voicemail. Who in a service business does not have voice mail. I tried to call at 10:30pm and still got failed call. Doubt she was still in office. I gave them information two weeks ago can't talk to my rep. Avoiding in limbo just the way they want. Do yourself a favor find another company that works for you not their client. After all you are the one suffering and this company does not care.
