I am relatively new to the area, and was fortunate to locate an insurance agent who knows Erie's insurance products thoroughly, and who can set forth with ease the comparative advantages and disadvantages of various types of coverage that strike the correct balance between my risk preferences and my cost tolerances. More than that, however, Bill is a down-to-earth guy who's not keen on the schmooze that I have found to be all-to-characteristic of some of the other insurance agents I've dealt with in the past. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE... I wasn't even a customer! I was a customer of an agency that Cevaal purchased about 7yrs ago, but my policy was from 15yrs ago. The state of IL was not renewing my license because of an out dated suspension of my IN license back in 2007 that I knew nothing about, I lived in IL and have an IL license by then. Some how it came back up in the BMV system and was blocking my renewal. Long story short I found out it was because proof of insurance was never sent for an accident I was in, in IN just after I moved to IL (probably didn't have an IL license then). Needless to say it was complicated!!! When I traced my insurance back to the agency Cevaal purchased I was able to get in contact with Bill. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to provide the State of IN the historical proof that I did have insurance back in 2007. I wasn't even their customer now, but he spent a lot of time with me to ensure this was made right. THANKFULLY, I have a renewed IL license now!!! It could've been even more of a cluster than it was, but I give the credit to Cevaal for helping me through it. If you have a chance to become their customer I definitely think you should!!
