Very slow here waited in drive through for more then 15 min had to call the bank and still I waited 15 more minutes because the teller said he had a big line inside can't believe no working there could jump in and help tearable customers service at this Casa Grande bank

Go someplace else for your banking needs. PNC is a big corporation and being a little person, puts you at the bottom of the list. I paid off my car loan and waited for the loan release. Never got it. If I didn't get it, the State of Arizona did not get it. I'm still trying to get the title to the vehicle. Calling their corporate offices is a disaster. Getting confirmation on anything is a disaster. I have learned to record conversations on my cell phone and advise all that they ARE being recorded.

Awesome Bank, great customer service! Ashley is super kind and is concerned about customers. Had a small error on a check I deposited, she was way cool and fixed it right away. Even called to double check was fixed! She didn't have to do that (wasn't her fault). I highly recommend this bank.

...is now PNC, which is good to have in AZ to connect with the people who are in need of a national bank. Smooth transactions with a dedicated staff were the high points of my visit, and since the merger/acquisition on October 11th, things seem to be going smoothly...

CIPRIANO IS AMAZING!!!! HE OPENED MY ACCOUNT AND HIS KINDNESS IS SOMETHING THAT IS RARE. THE BANK MANAGER TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS TO ME. THE OPENING OF MY ACCOUNT DID NOT FINISH UNTIL AFTER THEY WERE CLOSED. AND THEY DID NOT RUSH ME. I DO NOT HAVE ALOT OF MONEY AND I FELT LIKE IT DID NOT MATTER TO THEM. AN AMAZING BANK DON'T HESITATE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT. THANK YOU MICHELLE

I gave them 1 because there is no lower this bank sucks they dont give a shot about there customers and the banker lyndsay and the teller ashely need to be poor for awhile so they understand people having issues and the corporate customer service will lie and to you and tell you that your lying i am closing my account with this company i suggest everybody else do the same put them out of business

I love this bank... Ashley Alex and Christina are so welcoming... The minute u walk through the door they treat you like a family member... We have taken 2 loans out at bbva and we are approved in 10 mins..... We had chase bank since they were bank one and when we applied for a loan they denied us...bbva approved us... This bank has many offers and you can actually earn real reward points.... Low interest rates for whatever need...its just a over all NICE BANK thank u bbva keep up the great offers... I highly reccomend this bank...
