Where do I start. I was recently involved in an accident and my car was declared totaled. James Snyder at Country Financial took great care of me. I called him immediately after the accident and he provided me with a copy of my insurance to give to police. Once my vehicle was towed, James was able to get me in a rental within 24 hours. James went above and beyond to make sure I had a rental until I was able to buy a vehicle. I can't say enough about his dedication to this company and his superb customer service. We have a life insurance policy (and many other policies with Country). With this life insurance policy, we pay once a year. They payment falls between Thanksgiving and Christmas. First of all remember once a year payment I sometimes forget, second it falls right between 2 major holidays. I was able to make contact with Jake, and he made arrangements for me to get my payment dropped off to him in a timely manner. Much appreciation for him rearranging his time to make time for me.
