I insured my trucking company with Adam for a year. The service was terrible. I always had to call him 4-5 times every time I wanted to reach him by email.

A month before my policy expired, I called Adam to ask for the loss runs. He knew that meant I was looking for a different agent, and when he asked me if that was correct, I told him yes because of the bad service.

In retaliation, Adam ran my company to all the insurance companies and gave them wrong information to reject me. He blocked the market in front of me, so I had to stick with him for another year even after that happened.

This year, the service has been even worse. They now refuse to add a truck for me, and they have refused to change my agent. I am so frustrated that I am thinking of closing my company or looking for another insurance company, even if it means paying $10,000 extra for each truck.

I have a super clean record with their company, and my drivers have a good record too. Adam's behavior is unprofessional and unethical. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Advice to other consumers

If you are looking for an insurance agent, I urge you to avoid Arachas Group, LLC. He is unresponsive, unhelpful, and vindictive. He will not put your best interests first.

I have been working with the Arachas Group for the past two years securing multiple coverages for our start-up firm Spotsurfer. Brad and Bill were extremely helpful in securing all the coverages at the start, which can be very challenging for a start-up firm. The whole process was painless and easy!

Earlier this year we needed COIs for an event, and the COIs were extremely complex with additional endorsements needed from the carrier - the Arachas team stepped up and had all completed in minimum time for us to participate in the event.

Our renewal this year went extremely smoothly, and the Arachas team was able to secure renewals with premiums that went slightly down!

I have to say there are a lot of insurance brokers out there, but the professionals at Arachas went above and beyond to get us great terms, reduced premiums and service that goes above and beyond! I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family for their needs. Fantastic job, Arachas team!!!
