1m stars!!!!! Excellent customer service from Jack Hockaday!! Covered all my questions and concerned about Medicare. Continually checks in with me to make sure I have received all pertinent documents. I took the introduction seminar and was very helpful in understanding all the Medicare parts and terminology. Jack Hockaday Was assigned as my agent. Initially I was very skeptical, as there are so many scams; specially targeting golden age people. He was very nice and patient during this process. He looked for options and searched the best one that fits your needs.
In addition, he demonstrated that he is very proficient in the subject. I recommend him 150%.

I found this company while actively seeking help with Medicare sign up. I was not impressed by companies that hounded me with their services. I watched a very informative video and then reached out for further assistance. I talked with Jack Hockaday on the phone and then we met over zoom to further meet my needs. Jack was able to help me be prepared for the switch to Medicare, found an affordable medigap plan and a Medicare D plan for my Prescriptions as well as get better plans for my husband who was already in the system. I could not maneuver this on my own but I didn't want to be scammed either. I highly recommend this company and especially Jack for all of your needs.

The care and attention I have received from Wes Lunt navigating best options for me has been a great experience. I absolutely love deleting all the text messages and emails from other providers/programs for renewal. I can pick up the phone at anytime or schedule an appointment and know I will be taken care of by him.

Now that I turned 65, Medicare is required. The myriad of choices and coverage can be overwhelming! I stumbled across the Gruening group on Instagram and very thankful that I did. Luke Bleyer is my point of contact with them and as a former Air Force and Delta Air Lines pilot I don't use the word exceptional very often when describing someone's performance, but this young man is exceptional.
The care and attention to detail to my specific needs, answering my endless questions and providing a product that best suits my needs...in a word, Luke made it EASY! Beyond the initial selection of an appropriate Medicare policy, Luke has checked in with me regularly to update my next years selection and to see if there are any questions or other services he could provide. This level of service is just outstanding!
When you have to go on Medicare, I highly recommend contacting Luke, he will be there for you from start to finish.
