Car insurance is one of those things which you don’t know how good you have it until you don’t have it as good as you did! Wife and I had our policies with Zach for 7 years, before we moved out of state... the professionalism Zach showed through follow up and explanation of benefits and steps to take was exceptional l. We are definitely missing that with our new rep in Missouri. We highly recommend utilizing his service in central Illinois.

Zach and Joshua were extremely helpful and great to work with. Transferred our home and auto coverage and saved over $2,000.00 a year from our previous policies! And the coverage was actually better with lower deductibles and higher limits on our auto coverage! Definitely a no-brainer!

This agency is not professional at all and the Zach personal will disrespect you over the phone my auto policy was cancelled because two of his workers did not do there job or submit my paperwork after I email and sent them everything they needed… also when it came to payment issue of different price quotes and me denying the payments because of higher payment unknown Zach had the nerve to ask me what happen was it not enough money in the account as I was taken back by the unprofessional mismanagement and lies told he had a nasty tone with me and was aggressive asking well are you going to stay with us or not I need to know. I have never ever had such a service where I had to call in every month to follow up on them to do there jobs and figure all the issue they cause with lying about my monthly payment…please pick a different agency because this one is the worst!!!!!!!!!

I would recommend using another insurance company. We switched to State Farm and have been pleased with the increased cost/benefit trade off.
