I had surgery and was ill. Paypal put through a few online payments to the bank even though I had changed payment to a credit card (I knew the bank balance was low). I called both the bank and Paypal. 2 employees at the bank said not to worry. They said there would be no NSF fee if no more came in and I took care of it the next morning. No more came through. I took care of it the next morning and deposited $600 to cover $18. They took out NSF $29 each for every amount anyway. When I complained Phyllis(sp) the bookkeeping manager said the bank was not responsible for what employees had wrongly told me. Paypal apologised and did nothing. I am looking for a better bank.
