For the past 3 weeks the manager was very rude, always on his phone, always talking with his girlfriend while he is on duty. While the coffee machines are not working, He was rude when I mentioned it about the machines. This has been a constant issue at this store for the last 3 weeks. It is my favorite place to go to. However, the mail manager is disrespectful, always talking with his girlfriend while he's on his shift. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this location anymore even though I have visited it for many years. The other employees are fantastic. I have never had an issue. They are very friendly!! However, this individual has made this store no longer a location for me.

Card wouldn’t work even though the card does. Hit the help button seven times in 20 degree weather. Nothing. Went in and brought it up. Jason said I’m busy. Told me to either pay in here or go to another pump. Should have left, but low on gas and didn’t really have an option. Card worked just fine everywhere including inside. Expressed my disappointment and he didn’t say anything Stared me down proceeded to look out the window and wave at me.

Great staff generally, but don't buy anything except gas and consumables. I bought a charging cord for a ridicules price and it stopped working within 2 months. They wouldn't exchange it because it was after 30 days (even though I had my receipt). And the manager had the audacity to say "but it's been used". Well yes, I used it because that's why I bought it, but I expected it to last more than 2 months. Clearly Thorntons doesn't carry quality merchandise and won't stand behind what they sell.
UPDATE: I see a reply below where they are sorry to hear and suggest I call guest services. I had already done that and they also refused a replacement or refund being beyond 30 days so I threw away the cord and my receipt.

Very clean and well kept. Great card reads take a vary of credit cards. The rewards system is rewarding. Gas prices tend to be the best in town. Gas clerks are engaging. I look forward to talking with them every time I get gas here. Great team of people Vern, Felix, Chris.

It’s in a very convenient location. But just over $2.00 for a donut? It’s 6pm & not to be pretentious, but isn’t that kinda late for donuts? I mean, you get these donuts delivered in the middle of the night? Right? Really?

friendliest staff, they always greet me hello! love the coffee and the self checkout. SUPER CLEAN. wish they had either hand sanitizer or even soap by the sink near the coffees. After pumping gas i'd love to wash my hands or sanitize before i tough my coffee, lid or hot dog tongs. great gas station all around!

Two female cashiers were so engrossed in their personal conversation they didn't even acknowledge my presence. No hello. No eye contact. No thank you. Nothing. One was tall with longer hair and the other had short dark hair and tattoos. As I walked out I said, "Well, have a great day, that was some great customer service". They then laughed and pointed out the window at me and closed the shades. This was extremely unprofessional and I will no longer shop here, even though you have sales on C4.

Do not stop here during the overnight hours if you are in a hurry. They do not have a night cashier. You must use the slower self check out. The employee that you think should be doing a job will stand there and stare at you. Sad they pay someone to stand there and do nothing while you do there job.
