Been a member for over 35 years. I question why I am still here. They always insist on a 10 day hold on checks even from title companies! If you need your money to be very active, this is NOT the place.

Don't come here if you're trying to use the "Shared Assets Credit Union." I was able to use the Shared Asset option last week. I came back the following week and the same teller told me it was a mistake. He told me he couldn't do it because I don't have an account with this credit union.

Me - I explained that my credit union website, I can go to this and any credit union to withdraw funds because of the Shared Assets Option.

Him - Yeah, I know. I can't do it without you having an account with this credit union. I got in trouble for doing that transaction last time you came. Sorry.

Why would you be a part of a credit union shared assets option and not actually do it for members? What if their member went somewhere else and needed money and the credit union rejects them for the same reason they rejected me?

Terribly dissatisfied. Transfers to my vehicle payment work sporadically. Everyone seems to blame it on the fake holidays.(December 26, January 2.). It doesn’t say on google when closed for fake holidays. The chat bot also confirms that this place is totally disorganized about their hours by leading me to believe that someone will help me shortly. When I called Monday, it said wait time will be four minutes. After 45 minutes I started to realize no one is home. I finally got to a call back option, which is a joke because I’m still waiting for my call back. One of my questions that day was “are you open?” It doesn’t say anywhere! Why lie about the hours? Why take off days that are not holidays? Why blame glitches in automatic deposits on holiday hours. Digital things should not be affected by entitled people taking time off because they’re hangovers are two days long. The rest of the world keeps moving when banks feel the need for these days off. This morning, I was told by the automated system the hold time is at one minute. 20 minutes later still no one is home. Can’t wait to pay off my truck and never look back.

To summarize, my issue is between glitchyness and fake holidays. Would you except that from Amazon or Walmart or Netflix? No. Banks and credit unions need to wake up. It’s no longer than 1940s. There’s only 365 days in a year. If we keep adding holidays, no one will be productive. Therefore no one will ever prosper.

Why only 2 stars? The employees at the branch are great. But, if you ever need to call anyone with a question or a problem, they go out of their way not to give access to calling your branch. Instead you go to some call center that takes several minutes going through automated prompts that hopefully gets you to the right person and then has you on hold for 10+ minutes. (I've had to wait much longer than 10 minutes) It's very annoying and not very good customer service. Credit Unions are supposed to be more customer oriented than banks. That's not the case here.

Worst financial institution ever. Just moved to another institution after seven years and lots of headaches. Wish I had done it sooner. Consumers refused to give me an auto loan for $20k, but another financial institution said yes to a $50k no problem and I had the vehicle paid off in two years. Not to mention every time to try to call, nobody answers and you have to wait for a callback, which always seems to come one or two full days later when you’re working with no ability to call that individual again—just have to get back in line for another call back. When you go to atms, your transactions will be declined as fraudulent. When you get aggravated with not having access to your money and finally get ahold of someone to ask that they stop flagging your atm transactions, they will tell you they can’t because they’re done with security algorithms. F*** this bank.
