Service is slow. The bank just feels a bit dated and lacking some modern conveniences and technology. You go in thinking that you'll be there for 10 minutes and a half hour later you leave feeling like that should have been easier. On the plus side, there is a nice savings program for kids, the receptionist is friendly, and the free Matt's cookies and Kurig are a bonus.

Killed their app early which really screwed customers from 7/15/22 to the following monday 7/18/22. New app has limited functionality at best.. infact it wont update a live account balance, and there is no apparent manual sync option. Writing this the launch day 7/18/22, and the app has not updated balances or transactions all day. It appears to have cached data from the old app that was prematurely killed, only showing most recent transactions as late as 7/15... what a pitiful joke of a bank, whoever they contracted for this IT project is a joke. Only bank here if you have 0 interest in mobile banking, technology, customer service, and convenience. Ive had to stop at random ATMS to check account balances for the past 4 days. Consider that a closed account, and review.

I've banked here for 10 plus years. and cent think of anything at all that was not good there isn't any. I have had 2 buses here foe several years also. and have 2 personal accounts. I love this bank.
