This bank actually should receive a negative zero. The bank manager is very rude. This branch gave out information to a third party. The branch manager is not professional at all. She is loud and does not handle resolutions well. Some members of the staff are not honest. If you choose to open an account with this bank try the flossmoor location. Save your self time and frustration. Don’t visit this branch. Drive to aurora. Banking is simple and no one in that industry should make it complex.

It’s me again continuing to be a fool because this bank is close to where I live, but all the time this bank has issues with blocking transactions on their end. Few days ago I was shopping for dinner with my son and the bank denied my transaction which resulted in me and my son starving for the night and embarrassment. I continued to use the bank and this morning mobile banking app was down which resulted in more embarrassment and denial off the opportunity to eat and my son says “dad I thought you said you were done with them since last time and yet and still I’m being a sucker to incompetence. I only Ben with this bank for 5 weeks and in that time I’ve had over 5 complaints. They just somehow keep getting deleted and people need to know what they may endure with old second because I keep having problems from accounting to fraud activity to blocking my transactions to the lowest mobile app not working properly. I really dnt know how much more u can take
