I have been with Gebhardt for approx. 7 years now and cannot recommend enough! Every time I've called for help, they have been there and resolved my issue same day! Most recently my home owners insurance went up by ~$800. I called and spoke with Matthew who was able to help and reduce my cost back to where it was originally. Really regret having my husband (Bryan) take over the insurance payments when my dad passed on. So he’s been paying for the truck & my mom’s car insurance. They sure as heck took the payments but flat out said yesterday that they have no history of having both vehicle‘s insured. Idk why we weren’t notified before hand or never got any mail or help. instead they just kept it to themselves & took our money when my husband kept paying.
Thankfully he’s switching to Progressive! (Which my dad Frank Martinez already had for years on end, idk why he switched) Not surprised because this is CG locally owned, and idk I’ve always felt weird about handling stuff like this locally. I’m all for supporting small but this ain’t it, and will only support small when it comes to the food business. Had a feeling something like this would happen. For being locally owned.

Customer service is excellent! Recently dealt with Gebhardt and Jodi S, and two national insurance chains w/ local agents while shopping for a homeowners policy in AZ. The national chains were like pulling teeth - literally had to try to drag them to the finish line for a homeowners policy, and that's as a current customer with an auto policy in place with the company who claims to be "like a good neighbor". Finally gave up on the "good neighbor" who wasn't there and went with Gebhardt, who has been incredibly responsive throughout my cross shopping the policy.
