I strongly recommend American Family Chelise Jones Agency.I worked with Kristina,
to get quotes and options for my homeowners and auto insurance. Kristina was patient and courteous over numerous phone calls She went the extra mile in explaining the components of all the available coverages, while supplying the requested quotes. Once I decided I had exactly what I needed, I visited the office to go over the policies and pay the annual amounts. Kristina was not in the office that day; However,. Chelise Jones, who was aware of my request and who had also sent me emails of all quotes requested and given, helped me to close the transaction, Chelise went over the policies once again with me, answer every question I had, supplied me with handouts that gave further explanations of different add-ons, and made any changes I requested. Benn with American Family for 7 years and never filed a claim. Home owners insurance has increased $900 this year. We are constantly being gouged. I would like to see the actual numbers to justify these increases.
