Very knowledgeable about products (owner), however the service has been less than up to par. Extremely delayed response times, sometimes no response at all and it is due to agents that keep leaving. Heavy turnover, I get calls from beginning agents further confusing me about my account, and I have never had to email so many times in my life for simple, basic requests. Often had to go through customer service. Be patient understanding it's a changing world, but the satisfaction of my overall experience has been POOR. Just ignores you once you disagree. Not good business.

I recently joined State Farm and was initially impressed by the outstanding customer service provided at the Jeffrey Hines office. However, my experience took a turn after I noticed an unexpected $25 fee on my account.
I had to contact Jeffrey Hines directly, but unfortunately, my experience with him was quite unpleasant. I struggled to get a clear explanation regarding the fee, with the only response being that it was a bank issue. After verifying with my bank that there was no issue on the banks end, I was left feeling frustrated and confused.

I attempted to reach out to the jeffrey multiple times, leaving several voicemails, but I never received a callback. Instead, I received an email that lacked a proper greeting or acknowledgment of my concerns, which felt very unprofessional.
After facing some challenges with customer service, I requested to be switched to a different insurance office. To my surprise, the change was processed in less than 10 minutes, and I did not receive any confirmation or email communication regarding this transition.
I hope that this feedback can help improve the experience for future clients.

Back in August, Jeffrey -- on a very tight timeline -- helped my daughter find a State Farm agent when she moved to a new area. Last week, she got in a minor scrape, and her new agent was fantastic. Her new agent just spent 15 minutes explaining the whole process of reporting accidents to my inexperienced daughter and advising her on how to proceed.

Unfortunately, I have to come here to change my review due to the most recent customer service experience I had. I called the Jeffrey Hines office to cancel my auto policy yesterday because I found a better rate elsewhere and I spoke to Jeffrey directly. Maybe I was naive to think he could cancel my policy with just my name because he didn’t ask for my policy number nor did he remain on the phone with me until the action was completed. He seemed to rush me off the phone. So now I had to call a different customer service representative to complete the action for me today because it was never done yesterday and no one answered at the office today though they report to be open.
