Kayla albring at the San Tan valley branch is an absolute Rockstar! She is always helpful when I ask stupid questions and always gives me answers. She is a sweetheart and always makes me feel like I have a personal banker! I appreciate her and her level of customer care. Jessica and other staff at this location call me by name. They are very friendly and assisting. I love banking local. There are cigarette buds needing to be picked up in the exterior rock area by brush next to parking lot. PCFCU is a great place to bank.

On hold for 45 min.
said there was 0 in the que. Then a recording saying higher then normal calls. Hungup called again same happened. Then i tried chatting on line. She didnt know what i wanted. What part of "I just need to know if my loan pymt was taken from my savings and pisted today"

Love this place!!!!
All the reviews are years old and totally out of touch with the current staff and service they now offer.
They have an amazing group of ladies ready to help. Add that to the best auto loan rates we could find & you will realize the place to go is here!
Tamara went above and beyond to help us get approved in no time considering we were on a time crunch with an out of state car purchase & she was eager to help us through the entire process.
The entire staff is always friendly, quick to help and so easy to talk to.
Don't let out of date reviews stop you from coming here.
