John was attentive but never pressured me.
I ended up going with another broker, but he still took the time to thank me for my consideration, offered me a free subscription to Milestones, and connected me with a HOI provider that cut my cost in HALF of what I was otherwise being quoted.

John went overboard in getting a low interest mortgage. My insurance company dropped the ball in supplying the paperwork to provide the necessary paperwork for closing. I had my new agent in my house that night to get the insurance I needed. I would use him again if I ever buy a new house.
